1. Subscription Module
1.1. Users who have subscribed to our services through a subscription module may cancel their subscription at any time by sending an email to aboveceo@gmail.com indicating their desire to cancel.
1.2. Upon receiving a cancellation request, AboveCEO will promptly process the cancellation and terminate the subscription at the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be incurred after the cancellation date.
1.3. Refunds for subscription fees already paid will not be provided for cancellations made during a billing period. Users will continue to have access to the services until the end of the current billing period.
2. Custom Project Module
2.1. For custom projects or contract-based services, clients must provide a minimum of one month’s notice prior to canceling the project or terminating the contract, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
2.2. In cases where a handover process is involved, the timeline for cancellation and termination will be defined by mutual agreement between AboveCEO and the client.
2.3. Clients will be responsible for payment of the agreed-upon fees until the completion of the handover process or termination date, as specified in the contract.
3. Refunds
3.1. Refunds for custom project fees or contract-based services will be considered on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the work completed, expenses incurred, and any applicable termination fees.
3.2. Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to aboveceo@gmail.com and will be reviewed by AboveCEO within a reasonable timeframe.
3.3. Refunds, if approved, will be issued using the original method of payment and may be subject to deduction of applicable fees or charges.
