AboveCEO · Legal
Terms & Conditions
Effective date: 2 November 2026 · Operator: AboveCEO Online Consulting LLP, Maharashtra, India · Contact: connect@aboveceo.com
These Terms and Conditions govern access to AboveCEO’s website, applications, workspaces, dashboards, integrations and related services (the “Services”). “AboveCEO”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean AboveCEO Online Consulting LLP. “You” means the person accepting these terms and, where applicable, the business or agency on whose behalf that person acts. By creating an account, connecting a service, purchasing a plan or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Who may use AboveCEO
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. The Services are intended for businesses, individual professionals and agencies. If you use the Services for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind it; references to “you” include that organisation. You must provide accurate account and billing information and keep it current.
2. The Services and your account
AboveCEO provides software for planning and managing business growth, campaigns, reports, customer and lead records, connected advertising accounts, workflows, exports and related activities. Features vary by plan, configuration, jurisdiction and the permissions granted to connected providers. We may improve, change, suspend or discontinue features. We will use reasonable efforts to communicate material changes that affect paid features, subject to law and urgent security or provider requirements.
You are responsible for keeping your password, login links, devices and workspace credentials confidential; selecting appropriate workspace users and permissions; and activity performed through your account. Tell us promptly at connect@aboveceo.com if you suspect unauthorised access. Do not share credentials or bypass access controls. We may apply reasonable account, usage, security and plan limits.
3. Plans, fees, taxes and cancellations
Paid plan features, prices, billing periods and applicable taxes are shown at checkout or in your workspace. Unless the checkout says otherwise, a subscription renews for the selected billing period until cancelled. Payment processing is provided by Razorpay or another payment provider presented at checkout; payment credentials are handled by that provider under its terms. You authorise the displayed recurring payment where you approve a subscription mandate. We may suspend paid features for overdue or reversed payments after reasonable notice where practicable. Taxes are your responsibility where legally chargeable. Cancellation stops future renewal; access and any refund are governed by the plan shown at purchase and applicable law. Nothing in these Terms removes a non-waivable consumer right.
4. Connected platforms and permissions
You may connect services such as Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, Search Ads 360, Meta Ads, Reddit Ads, WordPress or WooCommerce. Each connection is optional and requires your authorisation. You must have authority over the relevant account, page, site, customer data and advertising assets, and you must grant only permissions you intend to grant. We access provider data and perform actions only as enabled by the product, your plan, the provider’s APIs and the authorisation you grant. A connection may stop working if a provider changes its API, limits access, expires or revokes a grant, or suspends your account.
Provider services are governed by their own terms and privacy notices. You remain responsible for complying with those terms, advertising rules, platform policies, laws, required notices and consent obligations. AboveCEO does not control third-party platforms and cannot guarantee their availability, data accuracy, approval decisions or continued API access. Disconnect integrations you no longer want to use; where the provider offers a separate revocation control, use it as well.
5. Your content and instructions
You retain your rights in content and data you submit, import, connect or generate through the Services (“Customer Content”). You grant AboveCEO a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, process, transmit, display and use Customer Content only as needed to provide, secure, support and improve the Services, follow your documented instructions, and meet legal obligations. This licence ends when the relevant content is deleted or the account closes, except for retained copies permitted or required by law, legitimate dispute handling, security, or routine backups.
You are responsible for the lawfulness, accuracy and permissions for Customer Content, including personal data concerning your employees, prospects, customers and website visitors. You must give those people required notices, collect valid permissions where required, honour their rights, and avoid sending sensitive personal data unless the feature and your agreement expressly allow it. Do not upload data you do not have a right to use.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use the Services to break the law; infringe another person’s rights; send unlawful, deceptive or unsolicited communications; target people unlawfully; upload malware; probe or disrupt systems; attempt to access another workspace; reverse engineer or resell the Services except where law permits; manipulate advertising or platform metrics; or use the Services to make decisions that require human review without appropriate safeguards. Do not use AboveCEO as a substitute for legal, financial, medical or other professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing campaign changes, generated recommendations, exports and communications before acting on or sending them.
7. Intellectual property and feedback
AboveCEO and its licensors own the Services, software, branding and associated intellectual property, excluding Customer Content. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Services during your authorised subscription or account access. You may send suggestions or feedback; we may use them without restriction or payment, provided we do not identify you publicly without permission.
8. Privacy and data protection
Our Privacy Policy explains personal-data processing. Our Data Usage & Protection Policy describes how Customer Content is handled. We handle data under laws applicable to the particular activity, which may include India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and Rules, 2025 as relevant provisions commence, GDPR/UK GDPR where their territorial scope applies, and U.S. state privacy statutes where their scope and thresholds apply. Where you decide why and how personal data about your customers or users is processed, you are generally responsible for that processing; AboveCEO processes such data to provide the Services on your instructions and subject to applicable law and any separate written data-processing terms. You must not treat this summary as a substitute for those policies or a data-processing agreement.
9. Availability, warranty and service limitations
We work to make the Services useful and reliable, but online services can experience interruptions, delays, errors, data-source gaps and security risks. Except where a separate written service commitment applies or law prohibits exclusion, the Services are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, that every provider field will be available, or that reports, forecasts, recommendations or campaign outcomes will be complete or achieve a particular result. You should verify important data against its source platform and keep appropriate independent records.
10. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Services and cancel a subscription as described in your plan. We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users or systems, comply with law or a provider requirement, address non-payment, or respond to a material breach. Where practicable, we will give notice and an opportunity to address the issue. You may contact us to request an export or deletion. We will handle such requests under our Privacy Policy, applicable law, contractual commitments and any retention obligations.
11. Liability
Each party’s rights and liability are governed by applicable law and any written order or agreement that applies to the relevant Services. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability, a remedy or a consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. We do not make a guarantee of particular business, advertising or financial outcomes. Third-party platforms and networks are outside our control; their outages, account decisions, data and API changes may affect the Services.
12. Indemnity
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and authority needed to provide Customer Content and instruct AboveCEO to process it. Any allocation of third-party claim responsibility beyond rights and duties imposed by law must be agreed in a separate written agreement. Nothing here requires either party to waive a right that cannot be waived.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without displacing mandatory consumer protections or other non-waivable rights that apply to you. Courts in India with jurisdiction under applicable law may hear disputes, subject to any mandatory forum or consumer remedy. Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue. This clause does not prevent you from approaching a competent regulator, consumer forum or court.
14. Changes and general terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Services, law or business. We will post the revised version and update the effective date; for material changes, we will provide reasonable notice where practicable. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance only to the extent permitted by law. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. These Terms and any order form or written data-processing terms form the agreement for the Services. Contact connect@aboveceo.com with questions.
